It has been a while since I last explored this topic, which I first encountered after I joined the data science group about three years ago. I would like to revisit it, and I found the papers from the colleagues at Syngenta to be very helpful.

I have previously had a training on this subject using the R httk package from the US EPA, so this will also serve as a refresher.
